1. Product Authenticity & Sourcing
All items available at Gents Gallery — including men's clothing, footwear, travel bags, watches, rings, bracelets, belts, caps, and purses — are hand-selected one by one from top sourcing places to ensure premium quality and the latest contemporary fashion trends. We do not sell garment surplus or leftover lot goods.
2. Nationwide Shipping & Delivery
We provide faster nationwide door-to-door delivery across all 64 districts in Bangladesh in partnership with Steadfast Courier. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines range from 24 to 48 hours for Sylhet and adjacent districts, and 2 to 3 business days nationwide.
3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and offer return and refund options for eligible products under the following conditions:
- Eligibility Window: Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of parcel receipt.
- Condition: Products must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with all original tags, boxes, and invoice intact.
- Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable or the item received was defective/mismatched, a refund will be processed via your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/bank transfer) within 3-5 business days after inspection.
- In-Store Exchanges: You may also exchange eligible items directly at our physical storefront in Shamsarnagar, Kamlganj, Moulvibazar.
4. Pricing & Payment Options
Prices listed on our storefront are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and represent fair, direct-value pricing. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) via Steadfast, direct mobile payments (bKash, Nagad), and counter payments.
